Getting started

How do I sign in?

Two options on first launch:

• Phone OTP — tap "Continue with Phone", enter your number, and we'll SMS you a 6-digit code.
• Continue with Google — uses your Google account. Faster, no SMS.

What birth details do I need?

Your full name (as on a government document), date of birth, exact time of birth (to the minute if possible), and place of birth (city / town, country). Time of birth especially matters — even 15 minutes can change your Lagna.

I don't know my exact birth time.

Use the closest known time. If you have only "morning" or "evening" we recommend 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM as defaults. Many predictions still work; specific time-sensitive ones (Lagna, divisional charts) will be approximate.

Wallet & payments

How do recharges work?

Open Profile → Wallet, choose a tier, complete the Google Play purchase. Wallet credit appears immediately. Recharges of ₹500 and above carry a bonus — you'll see the exact amount on each tile.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for the original Google Play purchase follow Google's policy — request via Google Play within their refund window. Wallet balance you've already spent on reports or chats is non-refundable.

Why does the chat charge me even when I'm just reading?

Chats are billed per minute. The first 60 seconds are free; after that you're charged ₹6/minute (₹10 for Shri Vishnu Prakash · Elite) until you tap End Conversation. The meter is server-side, so closing the app doesn't bypass the running minute.

Reports & readings

Are reports stored on my device?

Yes — once generated, every report is cached locally so you can re-open it for free. Generating a fresh one for a different person costs the price again.

The phone number I tested came back as "Could Be Improved" — should I change my number?

That's a guidance signal, not a directive. The Numerology report scores phone numbers against your Life Path. A number that's "Could Be Improved" for you may be perfect for someone else.

AI astrologers

Are these real astrologers?

No. They are AI personas trained on classical Vedic literature and primed with your kundali. They are reliable for general guidance and pattern recognition, but they do hallucinate occasionally. Treat them like a knowledgeable friend, not an oracle.

Why do different gurus give different answers?

Each guru has a specialised system prompt and persona. Pandit Bhrigu (Life) leans dharmic; Rukmini (Love) leans relational; Shri Vishnu Prakash (Elite) is a master generalist. They're meant to feel like different consultations, not one source.

Account & data

How do I edit my birth details?

Profile → Birth Details → Edit Birth Details. Saving regenerates your predictions.

How do I delete my account?

See Delete Account for the full procedure.

Notifications are spamming me.

Profile → Settings → Push Notifications → toggle off. The 8 AM daily reminder stops immediately. To fully revoke notification permission go to your phone's system Settings.
