By installing or using AstroKaal you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.

1. The service

AstroKaal is a Vedic astrology app published by ProGen Labs. It provides Kundali calculations, AI astrologer chats, numerology, tarot, palmistry, and related features for entertainment and personal-guidance purposes.

Important. AstroKaal's content is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Don't make important life decisions based solely on what an astrologer or AI guru tells you in the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an AstroKaal account or make purchases.

3. Wallet & purchases

Recharges are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds for individual purchases follow Google Play's refund policy.
Wallet credit is non-transferable and account-bound.
Per-use features (Numerology, Nadi, Palmistry, Tarot, AI chats per minute) deduct from your wallet at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
Bonus credits on recharges of ₹500 and above are at our discretion and may be adjusted in future versions.
Unused wallet balance is non-refundable except where required by law.

4. AI astrologer chats

The "astrologers" in the app are AI personas powered by large language models. They are not real human pandits.
Responses are generated and may be wrong, hallucinated, or contradictory. Don't rely on them for life-or-death decisions.
Per-minute charges run server-side and stop the moment your wallet runs out.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the app's billing or authentication.
Submit false birth data or someone else's data without their permission.
Use AstroKaal for any unlawful purpose, including violation of Indian or your local laws.
Resell, share, or grant access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

AstroKaal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any prediction, remedy, or chart interpretation will be accurate, complete, or beneficial.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProGen Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AstroKaal. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you have spent in the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
